What do you charge?

Our packages start at $5,800 and include an album, limited coverage, a second photographer, digital files, on-line slideshow and proofing,  and a few other bells and whistles.

My associates start at $2,200.  You can find their work at www.LyloStudio.com  The are some of the best wedding photojournalists around.

Can we customize our packages?

Yep.  The packages we offer are our most popular packages, but we do offer packages for couples who want more or less than what we have put together.

Do we get digital files?

Yes, with all of our albums, we offer digital files printable up to 4×6.  Higher resolution files can be purchased separately and larger images can be ordered through the studio.

Why don’t you give high resolution files with all of your packages?

It’s a complicated answer…we shoot the highest resolution .raw files which take up a substantial amount of space on our servers.  To convert all 1000+ .raw images to 11×14 .jpg files would be to overwhelming for our servers, especially with the amount of weddings and events we shoot per year.  We convert all of our files to 4×6 .jpgs.  When clients order a larger print, we go back to our digital negative .raw file, convert it to a large .jpg and re-enhance and edit the image to perfection.   This also gives us the ability to be sure that the quality of the larger print is flawless.  Since we are sticklers for quality, we prefer to have control over the final output of larger images.

this may be more than you wanted to know…but that’s the long answer.  :)

Additionally, if you want larger digtial files, they can be purchased separately.

Do you offer discounts on weddings or events during the weekday or on Sundays?

Sorry to say, but no.  We all pour our hearts into our work and editing and put the same amount of effort and love into each event whether it be on a Monday or a Saturday.

Why do you charge more for your prints than a photo lab?

If we print the image, we do a custom touch up on the shots (ie, slimming, head swaps, warming the image, etc.)  So essentially, you pay for the cost of our time, which, depending on the image, is about 15-45 minutes per shot to touch up.  We will also have our lab reprint images when we feel like they don’t look as good as they should. So if they come back from our lab looking too green, warm, or the image needs more touch up, we will take the print through a number of rounds of prints. This happens more than you would think since we’re sticklers for quality.  So essentially, our print prices include the touch up, physical print, and the creativity and heart that is poured into making and delivering the shot to you.

Do you love what you do?

Heck yes!  And I love working with clients who are passionate about getting great images
