This is a series photographed for Richelle Melde at The Ultimate Body Bootcamp for their Arizona Foothills Best of the Valley win.  They won for the category of Best Alternative Exercise Option and Personal Training.   It was an incredible session with lots of laughs and gasps…”WHAT!?  You want them to throw me in the air!”  It’s nice when you can push the bootcamp leader to her limit for once. :-))

If you’re interested in their services, check out her website HERE and prepare for a great workout!

This is one of my all time favorite images. I put a flash behind the couple to add some punch to the shot along with placing a texture over the whole scene to give the image more dimension and feeling. I worked with the leading lines of the banister to bring your eye to the subject of the image.

The groom embracing the bride’s family just before he walks down the aisle.

I adore this candid image. It reminds me of the classic image taken from John F Kennedy Jr and Carolyn Bessette Kennedy’s wedding image as the couple left the church.

Sumit kisses Neha goodbye as she tucks away for another clothing change…

Can you believe this cake!! This was done by the fabulous Julia Baker

The first dance song was to song Face of Love by Eddie Vedder and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan

The look of love. I live to photograph these rare and precious moments.

To get this look, I dragged my shutter, creating a blur of color behind the boy. The final image showcases the color and feeling of the event.

This was such a gorgeous wedding! From the colors to the overabundance of love. It was breathtaking from beginning to end. This is just a quick taste of the bride and groom portraits. There are many more candid shots to come….

Hey All, I’m helping to put together a group of photographers and other kind souls in AZ to be part of a global charity event on December 12th called Help Portrait.  The event is spearheaded by the wonderful photographer, Jeremy Cowart.

It’s an amazing opportunity for photographers, make up artists, and volunteers to give back to the community and have a profound effect on people who don’t have the money or resources to experience a moment in front of the lens.
Here is the link that explains more about the event Click Here
pass it along if you feel the calling.

I formed a group under AZ photographers for people who want to connect and collaborate locally for the event. We’ll be meeting November 16th to pool together our resources and talents.  Email me or sign up under the AZ Photography chapter list Here to RSVP.

Sabrina and Rod were married at a small intimate wedding at the Royal Palms Resort in Phoenix.  The details were magnificent from the flowers to the shoes.  As you can see from the images, we pretty much laughed our way through the entire day.  It was such an honor to be a part of their heartfelt celebration.

I hope these images put a smile on your face just as they do for me every time I look at them.
